Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using AMP Deploy ("the Software"). By completing a purchase or installing the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.

1. License

Upon purchase, AMP Automations grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use AMP Deploy on one Windows PC at a time. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Software or your license to any third party.

2. One Account, One Active Session

Your license is tied to a single user account. Only one active session is permitted at a time. Logging in on a second device will automatically end the session on the first device. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

AMP Deploy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to TopStepX or TopStep LLC. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Software complies with TopStepX's own terms of service and rules.

AMP Deploy is a software tool only. It is not financial advice, investment advice, or a trading recommendation. The included strategies are provided for educational and illustrative purposes and do not guarantee profitable results. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, account funding, and any losses incurred while using the Software.

5. Payment & Refunds

AMP Deploy is sold as a one-time, lifetime license. All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately downloadable nature of the Software, we do not offer refunds once the Software has been downloaded or access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the Software, contact us at support@ampautomations.com and we will work to resolve it.

6. Updates

Your purchase includes all future updates to AMP Deploy at no additional charge. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with the TopStepX ProjectX API.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMP Automations shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data. The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time if you violate these Terms, without notice and without refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of jurisdiction.
